Delivery Time

Shop Your Gifts is unable to specify the delivery time. The Specific time of delivery varies and depends
on the delivery personnel.In some cases, however, we are able to deliver morning or afternoon .If
this is the Scenario, you will be notified process.

Late Deliveries

If we are unable to deliver your item on the selected date , you are entitled to a full refund. If we are
unable to make a delivery as scheduled due to outside our control (the unavailability of your recipient
or a wrong address, for example), we do not issue a refund.If a recipient is unavailable when we
attempt delivery, we will leave a note to arrange a call back or reschedule. And also we contact you
when there is a issues.

Incorrect Delivery Information

As stated above, if there is any Wrong or Fake information we are unable to deliver in Time as per
specific. We will be giving time to update the Information before the delivery date.If our Delivery
associates found the information is wrong or fake we will contact your for the same to update the
new Information. We are not responsible the delay in delivery and no refund will be processed

Undeliverable Locations

Shop your Gifts will not refund for the undeliverable locations like Hospital for individual rooms or Un
authorised area like Ministries and Defence.

Refused Deliveries

If a Receivers refuses delivery, your refund will not be processed.

Products and images

Products only contain the items listed in the product.
Vases and other items are not included unless in the product description and are only used for display
purposes.
Product images of Flower is always represent the minimum size.

Refund Requests and Claims

If the given order is unsatisfactory we require Digital picture of the delivered product with in 2
Business day for processing refund after verifying with our Delivery associates it can be submitted for
the claim.

Order Changes

Any order change or clarification contact us email id info@shopyourgifts.com. Changes can only be
made two business days or prior to the delivery date.

Payment Processing Issues

Any incorrect payment or card details we will try to contact for resolving the issues.If any Issues

Quality Policy

Arrangements of flowers may vary due to handmade.Every time we match orders as closely as
possible to the product images . While minor variations may occur, the concept and value of the item
will be guaranteed.

Currency

Product orders will always be charged in INR Rupees. Shop your Gifts makes a daily adjustment to its
prices.

Cancellations

Full refund will be processed once the order has been can celled before 2 Working days before the
delivery date.If any Order canceled less than 1 day before delivery date no refund will be processed.

Duplicate Orders

If you placed two or more order for same product and let us know about it, you will receive a full
refund for the duplicated order after claim submission In order to provide the information to local
florist not to make delivery.

Substitution Policy

In some cases, florists may not have items which is in the product description, In that case, we will ask
you for to make a substitution. If we are unable to contact you, or insufficient time to do so, we will
proceed with the substitution.
If a local florist does not have an added product, we will replace it with a similar one or add the
money paid for the item to the value of the flowers and deliver the product in good Quality
